Dr. Wilfried Aulbur is a Senior Partner. He is responsible for the firm's global Commercial Vehicle, Construction and Agricultural business. Wilfried is based in Chicago and supports the US Automotive, Industrials and Private Equity practice. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of Roland Berger in India, a practice that he continues to support in the Automotive and Industrials space. He was the head of Roland Berger's Asia Automotive practice as well as the Chairman of Roland Berger Middle East and Africa. Wilfried's work includes growth strategies, M&A and due diligence, operational performance improvements and technology strategies. Wilfried has served on numerous industry associations and panels, is a regular speaker at key industry events and publishes extensively. His recent book "Riding the Tiger" is a Random House bestseller. He is a lecturer of Harvard Business Publishing and a mentor for the International Innovation Corps of the University of Chicago. Prior to his work with Roland Berger, Dr. Aulbur was the Managing Director and CEO of a well-known German automobile manufacturer India and responsible for the passenger cars, trucks and buses. He held various positions with that company in Europe, the US and India before that. Wilfried is a PhD in Physics with a focus on Computational Material Science.

Timothy A. Blubaugh is the Executive Vice President at the Truck and Engine Manufacturers Association (EMA). He is responsible for regulatory and legislative programs, concentrating on greenhouse gas emission and fuel efficiency strategies, zero-emission vehicle deployment policies, and improving commercial vehicle safety. Tim joined EMA in 2008, after twenty years in the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry, including ten years focusing on regulatory, legislative, and public policy matters. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, and he later graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law. Tim is a member of the Oregon State Bar and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

A lifelong resident of Portland, Oregon, Congressman Earl Blumenauer is one of Oregon's innovative leaders. Raised in SE Portland, Earl attended Centennial High School. While still a college student at Lewis and Clark College, he led the campaign in Oregon to lower the voting age. He was a key player just two years later as one of the youngest legislators in Oregon's history in a landmark session for school funding, ethics reform and Oregon's groundbreaking land use laws. As a Multnomah County Commissioner and member of the Portland City Council, Earl's innovative accomplishments in transportation with light rail, bicycles and the street car, planning and environmental programs and public participation helped Portland earn an international reputation as one of America's most livable cities. Elected to the US House of Representatives in 1996, Earl has been a tireless advocate for the 3rd Congressional District. He's recognized for his creative, innovative policies and accomplishments, and also his political leadership in Oregon and nationwide. He tackles controversial issues and finds ways to break ideological and partisan gridlock with a unique approach to problem solving that brings people together. He is currently a member of the Ways and Means Committee, Ranking Member of the subcommittee on Trade and a member of the subcommittee on Health. Earl is also serving as a senior member on the Budget Committee. Earl has been a champion for rebuilding and renewing our nation's infrastructure, economic security for families, protection of public lands, stopping gun violence, ending the prohibition of marijuana, and criminal justice reform.

Emily Clayton is a Senior Economic Analyst with American Trucking Associations, the leading trade association for the trucking industry, reporting directly to the Chief Economist, Bob Costello. Since joining ATA in 2022, Emily has worked on macroeconomic issues impacting the trucking industry, as well as the publication of economic reports. Prior to joining ATA, she graduated from American University with a master’s degree in applied economics.

Jacqueline Gelb currently serves as vice president of Energy and Environment Affairs at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) overseeing the regulatory and policy initiatives impacting the commercial vehicle industry. Prior to joining ATA, Jacqueline served as vice president of Government Relations at Navistar overseeing the strategy and advocacy efforts for Navistar’s corporate public policy agenda at the federal, state and local levels of government. Joining Navistar in 2011, Jacqueline served as director of Government Relations developing and executing advocacy strategies focused on the commercial vehicle industry. Before joining Navistar, Jacqueline served as Legislative Assistant to former U.S. Senator Jim DeMint from South Carolina, serving as the Senator’s chief policy advisor on an extensive policy portfolio of appropriations, agriculture, energy, environment, labor, transportation and trade issues. Jacqueline oversaw the Senator’s committee work at the Committee of Commerce, Science and Transportation and Committee on Environment and Public Works, both with jurisdiction over the commercial vehicle industry and supported federal agencies. Jacqueline began her career in politics working on congressional political campaigns. She holds a Political Science and Biological Sciences undergraduate degree from Clemson University.

Scott started in the truck business in 1979 working for Cummins. In 1990 he went to work for Peterbilt. His last position with Peterbilt was as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing.

Scott became a dealer in 2007.

He became aware of the sale of a Peterbilt dealership in Las Vegas, NV.  Peterbilt was looking for a dealer candidate inside the organization. Peterbilt accepted his proposal to acquire the dealership and it was renamed, Peterbilt of Las Vegas. In 2010, Peterbilt asked him to move to Atlanta, Georgia to re-establish the Peterbilt location.  The new Peterbilt of Atlanta opened in 2011 and has since expanded to 4 full service and 2 parts only locations.

Scott is a long-time member of the ATD Peterbilt 20 group. 

Laura is President of the American Truck Dealers (ATD), a division of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). ATD provides programs and services to this highly specialized segment of its membership. ATD represents more than 3,200 franchised medium- and heavy-duty truck dealers holding nearly 5,600 separate franchises, domestic and import. 

Previously, Laura served as President and CEO of the American Highway Users Alliance, a nonprofit 501 (c)(6) advocacy organization serving as the united voice of the transportation community promoting safe, uncongested highways and enhanced freedom of mobility.

Laura has worked in the association world for the past twenty years. Prior to running the Highway Users, Laura was the Senior Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). There she handled financial services, transportation, truck, and safety issues. 

Before working for the dealers, she served as Director of Government Relations at the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), where she ran the organization’s lobbying shop, served as PAC Treasurer, and focused on transportation safety issues. 

Additionally, Laura served as Chair of the Road Gang in 2016. She was named one of Association TRENDS Effective Association Lobbyists in 2011 and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. She received her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2013. 

Laura is originally from Elmira, NY and received her B.A. in Political Science from Salisbury State University in Maryland. Her career in DC began in 2001, when she relocated to work on Capitol Hill for Congressman Amo Houghton of New York.  

Brittany Pettersen was born in Colorado and grew up in Jefferson County, the community she is now proud to represent in Congress. She served in the Colorado state legislature for a decade before being elected in 2022 to represent Colorado’s Seventh Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives. She is the first woman to represent this district, which encompasses Jefferson, Broomfield, Lake, Park, Teller, Chaffee, Fremont, and Custer counties. Representative Pettersen is a member of the House Financial Services Committee where she serves on the Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance and as the Vice Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions. 

Before coming to Congress, Rep. Pettersen helped pass legislation in Colorado to lower health care costs, address the opioid epidemic, protect reproductive health care, and increase access to affordable child care. She is now bringing this proven record to Washington and working to expand these policies nationwide. Rep. Pettersen is leading the fight to improve the nation’s mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs and crack down on drug trafficking, after seeing firsthand the devastating impacts of the opioid epidemic through her own mother’s decades-long struggle with addiction. 

Through her position on the Financial Services Committee, Rep. Pettersen is working to increase consumer protections, improve housing affordability and accessibility, keep America at the cutting-edge of technological advances, and crack down on drug cartels and terrorist organizations utilizing financial institutions. While facing many challenges as an at-risk youth, access to great public schools and teachers who believed in her helped Rep. Pettersen become the first in her family to graduate both high school and college. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver by waiting tables to put herself through school. Growing up in the 7th District, this community gave Rep. Pettersen the opportunity to build a better life, and she has spent her whole career fighting to give every Coloradan that same chance. Rep. Pettersen lives in Lakewood with her husband, Ian, their young son, Davis, and their rescue dog, Ollie.
