We are a network of auto retail professionals who are proud to serve our communities, shaping a prosperous present and a bright future.
NADA Foundation works to ensure a strong workforce of automotive and truck retail professionals, from connecting people to on-the-job training to helping dealership families after natural disasters.
A strong dealership network strengthens the economic fabric of America, and that’s good for everyone. Investing in people builds a community where everyone is valued and supported, enabling them to succeed and flourish.
The NADA Foundation Story
Local new-car and -truck dealerships are rooted in every community in America. From big cities to rural areas, America’s more than 16,000 new-car dealerships employ more than 1.1 million people in good-paying jobs in sales, service and management. America’s new-truck dealers employ more than 100,000 people in communities across the nation. These are jobs with excellent wages, benefits and career paths with real opportunities for advancement, in many cases without a college degree.
Founded in 1975, the NADA Foundation — the retail auto industry’s philanthropic arm — promotes workforce development, provides emergency relief to dealership employees, supports military veterans, and more.
